Massachusetts in September, 2005.

Applied NanoFemto technologies (ANFT), LLC moved to North Andover,
Massachusetts  in May, 2006.

Applied NanoFemto technologies (ANFT), LLC developed a quantum dot infrared
photodetector working at 8.5µm with a high photodetectivity of ~10   cmHz  /W.
